Elana Stone has steadily built a high profile on the Australian music scene through performances at major festivals, events and venues across the country.

With wide creative influences, she and her band explore soul, pop and the blues through their overriding jazz sensibility to deliver ecstatic highs and moving lows, featuring many original songs by Elana.

Having spent her formative years as a singer, Elana centres her song writing on her powerful, flexible voice, which ranges from blazing, Janis Joplin style soul, rock and roll, smooth jazz vocals and Joni Mitchell-esque piano balladry.

A regular guest vocalist with jazz/world outfit The Cat Empire, Elana’s distinctive voice, spirit and energy make her a magnetic performer, at her intimate best live in concert.
