Benefit Concert for the Victims of the War in DR Congo

Sydney Jazz musician Richard Maegraith has organised a performance to support the vulnerable women of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, who have endured unspeakable suffering for decades, facing violence on a scale unheard of.

The concert features the Sandy Evans Trio, Virna Sanzone, Louise Perryman & Rachel Gaudry, Daryl Aberhart and Soulfood a’cappella choir.

This venture is supported by SIMA and Caritas Australia and features a presentation by Lulu Mitshabu, Caritas Australia’s Africa program officer.

The funds raised will go directly to Caritas Australia’s programs supporting the Congo victims.
