One of Great Britain’s most successful and exciting jazz exports, Grammy Award winning artist Tim Garland developed the Lighthouse Trio project in order to bring diverse musical influences together into a meaningful and compelling whole.

Together with long term associates, UK piano superstar Gwilym Simcock and drummer and percussionist Asaf Sirkis, he blends Middle Eastern and Mediterranean rhythms into beautiful contemporary compositions to create an enchanting mix. The subtle balance created by this virtuosic trio is nothing short of captivating and innovative.

Tim’s compositional style has been refined through years of playing with some of the best in his field; artists the likes of Chick Corea, Joe Lovano and John Patitutti and this show will demonstrate exactly what more than two decades of world class playing and experience can result in.
