BUT you can still come and hear great jazz with PHIL SLATER (trumpet), MATT McMAHAON (piano), BEN WAPLES (bass) and CAMERON REID (drums) in SLATER-MCMAHON-WAPLES-REID - a quartet whose collective experience and rapport will be a delight.

Phil Slater is renowned as a soloist and leader or co-leader of several groups including the Phil Slater Quartet and Band of Five Names, both of which also feature pianist Matt McMahon. The duo also perform in a number of bands including Daorum, Matt McMahon’s Paths and Streams and Baecastuff.

Joined by an in-demand rhythm section in Ben Waples and Cameron Reid, you can expect this quartet to deliver the best jazz tunes and improvisation this Saturday night!
